After more than 10 years of research and development, Shenzhen Energy Environmental Engineering CO., Ltd.(SEEE) has mastered the world's leading environmental technology including waste to energy technology(WTE), solid waste, waste water and waste gas treatment technology, sludge treatment technology, sea water desalination technology and other fields.                            The world's leading WTE technology
                           
                           
                           According to Chinese waste features that has more water, higher content of non-combustible material and less calorific value, SEEE introduced advanced WTE technology and flue gas cleaning technology. The WTE technology has unique tumbling grate structure (to disturb waste layer and ventilation) and the optimization design of furnace which ensures waste incineration stable and sufficient without adding auxiliary fuel, and ensures flue gas temperature of up to 850 ℃ and a minimum residence time of at least 2 seconds so as to totally destroy dioxins . In addition, the WTE technology ensures that the thermal ignition loss rate less than 3%.
                               
                               Based on the introduction of Belgium Seghers grate technology, SEEE has carrying out the research and development work. SEEE has already the ability of serialization, standardization design of grate incinerator, and designed 225 t/d, 300 t/d, 400 t / d, 500 t / d, and other specifications of the grate incinerator. Two lines of 225 t / d grate incinerator used in Shenzhen Yantian WTE plant have operated stably and availably since 2003. Two lines of 500 t / d grate incinerator used in Wuhan Xingou WTE plant has also performed well since 2013. Two 400 t / d grate incinerator will be applied to Shan Xian project in Shandong province and will be put into commercial operation in 2017.
                               
                               SEEE has a total of six patents covering grate incinerator technology. SEEE ‘s 500-ton grate R & D project won the second-class reward of 2012 annual Shenzhen municipal state-owned enterprises support innovation projects . 600 tons and above of solid waste incineration and flue gas treatment system equipment have been selected in "The state encouragement catalog of the development of major environmental protection technology and equipments (2011 edition) ". In the 4th China International Construction of Environment-friendly Society Outcome Exhibition, SEEE won “the Outstanding Achievement Award”. In the 12th China International Hi-Tech Fair, SEEE won “the Product Excellence Award and the Best Technology Innovation Award”.

                           
                           
                                                           

Flue gas cleaning technology
                           
                           
                           Flue gas cleaning technology of SEEE has many technology combinations, as shown below:
                               
                               1)The process of “SNCR+ half-dry reactor with rotary atomizer + hydrated lime injection system+ activated carbon injection system + bag filters” ensures that the emission of the WTE plant achieve the international advance emission level, and can effectively remove the variety of pollutants in the flue gas so that the emission limits will be in accordance with the European standard 2010/75/EU.
                               
                               2)The process of “SNCR+ half-dry reactor with rotary atomizer + hydrated lime injection system+ activated carbon injection system +bag filters” can ensures that the emission of the WTE plant achieve the international advance emission level, and the emission of the pollutants in the flue gas is stricter than the European standard 2010/75/EU.
                               Flue gas cleaning technology of SEEE have the many superiority of the high pollutant removal efficiency, low consumption absorbent, and the wide amount of flue gas.

                           
                           

Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) technology
                           
                             
                               SNCR technology of SEEE have achieved the domestic advance level. The technology focus on the spray nozzle structure, the atomization effect and the loop control strategy at different boiler load case. The modular structure of the SNCR system make easier for installation and flexible for assembly. The closed-loop control of the technology can monitor the work process of SNCR system in real time based on the boiler load, flue gas temperature, as well as the nitrogen oxides and ammonia content in the flue gas, and ensure that the de-nitration reaction can occur in the optimum temperature range with the minimization of the ammonia slip. The technology also ensures that the removal efficiency of the nitrogen oxides in WTE plant can achieved above 50%.
                               
                               The technology has been applied successfully in Baoan, Nanshan and Yantian WTE plant of SEEE, and won the third class prize of 2013 annual Shenzhen municipal state-owned enterprises support innovation projects.

“Technology Guidelines for MSW Incineration Power Plant Safety evaluation” supervised by SEE, which has been approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China and published. This guidelines document is the first operating technology specification document which positively affects WTE standards.
